Product Description
Our Pasture Raised Salt Only Silverside has no added nitrates or additives. This means it is cured using only salt, making it a healthier alternative to the traditional corned silverside.
Salt only meat appears less pink than traditionally cured meat. It is the nitrates and additives that gives meat a bright pink colour. Once cooked, it tastes like corned silverside but looks like roast beef.
Our beef is sourced from a local farm in Pittsworth on the Darling Downs and is antibiotic and hormone free.
Our salt only silverside can be purchased as a pre-packed 1.5kg or 2kg portion.
