Raised free-range in Australia on Lilydale farms, the Turkey Buffes are free from added hormones, antibiotics, and growth promotants. These are great for smaller gatherings where you need a turkey buffe that will provide 6 - 8 servings.
To cook, simply place in a fan forced oven at 160 degrees for approximately 1 hour and 20 minutes. Once the internal temperature of the turkey has reached 74 degrees celsius, it is ready to remove from the oven and be placed in a warm location to rest for 30 minutes prior to serving.
Our Lemon & Marjoram Stuffing ingredients include: white onion, brown rice, parsley, dried marjoram, onion powder, lemon thyme, chicken stock, lemon juice, lemon zest, celery salt, and extra virgin olive oil.
